Group Reservation for Bar
For those of you who want to invite a bigger group to a cozy time in the bar where you have your own table, it can be reserved by pre-purchasing pitchers of ÅBEN draft beer.
Duration: 2 hours.

20:00 - 22:00
All days of the week
Advance purchase:
1 long table seating up to 20 people: DKK 2000 / 5 pitchers of ÅBEN draft beer.
2 long tables seating up to 40 people: DKK 4000 / 10 pitchers of ÅBEN draft beer.
For smaller groups between 6-10 people: DKK 1200 / 3 pitchers of ÅBEN draft beer.

The Large Company
Depending on the size of the company and your wishes, your event can be held in different areas of the brewery. Among other places, we have the long table with space for up to 40 guests. We can also seat smaller or larger companies where you get an area to yourself. A deposit of a min. consumption of DKK 550 per person is required in advance of your booking.
Price: DKK 550 per person (incl. free bar for 3 hours). Free bar can be extended for DKK 150 per person. per extra hour or a total bill can be made for drinks after the 3 hours - to be invoiced after the event.
Food is purchased separately. It is possible to purchase sharing style menus with prices starting from DKK 400 per person.
Max capacity: 40 pax.

Rent the Space
If you wish to host a party for a larger company, or a company event where you rent the entire room, it is possible to screen the room with curtains so you have the room to yourselves. Here you can sit privately and enjoy everything from snacks to a 5-course dinner with free bar until the dancefloor can start later in the evening. There is a fixed price for renting the entire room and additional food and drinks can be purchased. See the overview below.
Number of seated guests: min. 30 pers. - 150 pers.
Rent: Weekdays & Sunday DKK 15,000 / Friday & Saturday DKK 30,000.
Price per person incl. food and free bar for 3 hours: From DKK 1,180 (includes 3 course sharing style menu and ÅBEN draft beer & non-alcoholic drinks).
Additional purchase of free bar in wine and spirits for 3 hours: DKK 150 per person. Free bar in all drinks can be extended for DKK 150 per person per extra hour or a total bill can be made for drinks after the 3 hours - to be invoiced after the event.
Rental of DJ desk incl. speaker: DKK 1,500

Payment
Your booking is confirmed when we have received your payment. Your payment needs to be received no later than 10 working days before the event - for smaller events we can accept payment 5 working days prior to the event. Please be aware that we're unable to credit last-minute cancellations.
