Marzipan is one of our 2023 winter beers named after the classic Christmas ballet The Nutcracker. This sour is made with delicious sour cherries from Frederiksdal. It is a beautiful and deep red beer with strong cherries vibes and soft notes of cherries kernels, almonds and vanilla.

Coffee & Tea is one of our 2023 winter beers named after the classic Christmas ballet The Nutcracker. This sour is made with cascara (the fruity skin of coffee beans) and hibiscus tea. It is a perfect companion when a cup of tea does not make it.
