Big Bang Barley Wine / Vintage 2023
This American Barley Wine is the 2nd in ÅBEN’s line of Vintage Barley Wines and the last beer to be brewed at the new ÅBEN brewery in 2022. It is a beautifully clear and copper coloured beer with a delicate bitterness and hoppy aroma. Big Bang Barley Wine will be brewed each year. The beer can be aged for many years and it will keep developing in the can. Start with the vintage 2022 and see how many you can get your hands on in the coming years.
Willow
A soft and elegant Helles lager; mashed to showcase the beauty of pilsner malt and lagered for many moons. Infinity enjoyable and best enjoyed with friends.
Fresh Hop
A double decocted Pilsner brewed with an abundance of of wet whole cone Huell Melon hops provided by our friends at Hyllie Brewery, Baltic Brewing Supplies and Barth Haas.
Its a once a year opportunity to use hops as fresh as this and we're a little bit proud of the result.
Departure Pils
This beer is a clean & zippy pilsner with layered additions of some of our favourite German hops. Foamy, clean and crushable. Made for the opening of the new ÅBEN bar in CPH Airport.
Candy Cane
Our take on a Classic Vienna lager for everyday enjoyment. Brewed with a carefully blended selection of malts and finished with Mittelfrüh hops.
Cavalier
A clean and zippy pilsner with layered additions of some of our favorite German hops. Foamy, clean and crushable.
The Mouse King
The Mouse King is one of our 2023 winter beers named after the classic Christmas ballet The Nutcracker.
This Barley Wine is the perfect winter warmer, pairs well with a roaring fire and good company.
Gluten Free Feeling
This gluten free pilsner is crisp, bright and refreshing. It has a delicate hop aroma that builds on top of the malty backbone. The low bitternes and medium body lends its high drinkability. And of course it is gluten free!
O / Pilsner
This beer is brewed for ÅBENs festival O Days: a festival for the creative and curious minds - taking place August 3-5 / 2023 at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. Look forward to 3 days of festive music, events, design, local food, drinks and craft beers.
Sycamore
A Crisp & zippy German Styled Pilsner / 4.8% / 44 cl. A clean and zippy pilsner with layered additions of modern German hops. Foamy, clean and crushable. Traditional but with a twist.
Norwegian Wood
An American hop forward Pils brewed with Cashmere and Citra. Traditional and familiar with some modern zing from a gentle dry hop addition.
Larch

Fluff is a decocted bright yellow and fluffy wheat beer oozing with delicate esters of banana and clove.
