Southern Light

Southern Light is part of our beer series Reflections consisting of New England IPAs. All beers in the series are based on the same malt profile but with a different hop composition. With the use of a new yeast strain that enhances esters production, the beers have been fermented at a slightly higher temperature. All of which provides more body and more of that exotic fruit aroma and taste to the beer. 

Southern Light has been brewed with Azacca, Cryo Idaho 7 and Citra hops at 7.5%.

The series is named Reflections inspired by light and how light is reflected when it hits a surface. It changes direction and can result in various types of reflections - in the same way, hops impact beers in its own way, providing you with a unique experience every time. Each beer in the series has been given a name inspired by certain light phenomena.
