Christmas Menu

Must be ordered by the entire table
Cured herring w. crispy rye bread, pickled apple and parsley stems, crème fraîche, radish crisps, buttermilk sauce and garden cress
Potato croquette w. roasted garlic cream, crispy kale, truffle snow and pickled pearl onion
Confit canette with lingonberries, red cabbage with cherry vinegar and duck sauce, Jerusalem artichoke purée with parsley oil and artichoke crisps
Milk and vanilla fromage with cherry ice cream, puffed white rice, broken cherry gel and light almond caramel
We are happy to offer a pescetarian/vegetarian version of our Christmas menu, though unfortunately we are not able to accommodate vegan dietary requirements.

Arrival time and booking duration
A Christmas dinner at ÅBEN lasts 2 hours.
You may choose between the following seating times:
17:30 – 19:30
20:00 – 22:00
If you have any other wishes for your arrival time, please send us an e-mail and let us know.
Continue the Party
When choosing the seating from 20:00-22:00 you can remain at the table after the dinner.
On Thursday, Friday and Saturdays there will be DJs from 22:00 - 02:00.
Look for more info at our instagram @aabendk. The DJ names will launch every Wednesday.
Payment and Terms
Bookings of 8 or more guests require prepayment.
Flexibility
Adjust guest numbers freely until 14 days before.
Cancel up to 14 days before and get 50% refunded.
Between 14 and 3 days before, reductions in guests are credited as beverages on the night.
To ensure the menu accounts for allergies and dietary preferences of your company, these must be requested 14 days before.
