Smørrebrød
Fried herring, jerusalem artichoke with smoked parsley, green tomato, smoked creme fraiche, crispy potato and garden cress.
Tarteletter
Frikassé with mushrooms, dried chestnut and hay cheese
Small sausages from Öxneholm with grønlangkål (traditional Danish kale)
Confit Canette
with lingonberries, red cabbage in cherry vinegar and duck sauce.
Fifty-fifty potato-butter with duck gizzards and lovage.
Risalamande
Sticky rice, condensed coconut milk, rice ice cream and cherries with blackcurrant

We are happy to offer a vegetarian version of our Christmas menu, though unfortunately we are not able to accommodate vegan dietary requirements.

Arrival time and booking duration
A Christmas dinner at ÅBEN lasts 2 hours.
You may choose between the following seating times:
17:30 – 19:30
20:00 – 22:00
Continue the Party
When choosing the seating from 20:00-22:00 you can remain at the table after the dinner.
On Thursday, Friday and Saturdays there will be DJs from 22:00 - 02:00.
Look for more info at our instagram @aabendk. The DJ names will launch every Wednesday.
Payment and Terms
Bookings via EasyTableBooking (8–20 guests)
Menus and beverage packages must be prepaid at the time of booking, which serves as the final confirmation.
Bookings via email (20+ guests)
Payment for Christmas menus and any selected beverage package must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Final confirmation of the booking is given once payment is received. Payment can be made via invoice or credit card through a secure payment link.

Booking conditions (+20 guests)
For all bookings made for +20 guests, the number of guests can be adjusted up or down until 14 days prior to the event.
A maximum adjustment of 50% of the total number of guests is possible.
If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the event, 50% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
14 days prior to the event, the final number of guests is fixed. From this point, the full menu price will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations.
Allergies and preferences must be submitted no later than 14 days before the event.
Late adjustments
If guest numbers are reduced less than 14 days before the event, but no later than 3 days prior, the prepaid amount can be used for drinks during the dinner. Reductions made within 3 days of the event cannot be compensated, and the ordered food and drinks will still be prepared and charged in full.
