O / Create 2022: The Competition is Now Live
From today you can join O / Create 2022
A competition for young, emerging creatives with a desire to bring their ideas to life.
With O / Create 2022 you have the opportunity to design, develop and construct a 1:1 interactive construction on the festival site showcasing your ideas and creativity.
From the competition 3 finalists are selected by a jury within the fields of architecture, art and design, to build your piece on the festival site and after the festival, the winning piece will be exhibited in front of Copenhagen Contemporary.
To participate you have to hand in your proposal before May 2 at 12pm. Check out the brief for requirements and specifications to the proposal.

Marie Nipper
is the director of Copenhagen Contemporary, an international art center showing installation art created by worldwide renowned artists and new emerging talents.
Søren Pihlmann
founded pihlmann architects in 2021. The studio’s philosophy is defined by the two outermost positions of the architectural scale – context and component – and the space in between is created in turn.
Julius Værnes Iversen
is the founder and creative director of TABLEAU, a multidisciplinary concept studio focusing on set design, curation of art, floral installations, spatial and product design.
